UPDATE: I absolutely love the fact that Josiah sometimes calls to see how we’re doing and where we’re at with our house. While we plan to be in this house until we literally can’t take care of ourselves anymore, we get mail from Josiah about maintenance and cleaning for home ownership. While I rarely ever follow through with all the things, we do get nuggets of garage door maintenance, or random nuggets that he shares. At one point I remember finding a Spotify playlist for cleaning that he shared. Josiah is more than a realtor. Don’t wait until you’re close to wanting to sell or move… Just get in touch with him.2017: I was connected with Josiah when he helped my parents sell their house. Knowing that we weren't going to sell our house for several months, Josiah was more than happy to help us by giving us a list of how we could improve/update our house so that chances increase with the house selling quickly.
