Kristi Maxwell is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with! I had to sell my mother's house remotely and she did an amazing job getting the house ready to sell. I totally relied on her to make suggested improvements and then hire and oversee the work of multiple contractors. Some of the work she and her husband even did themselves! Her suggestions were spot on. She also, very astutely, detected early on a potential issue with the title then worked closely with the title company to ensure there would be no problems at closing. The house was sold quickly at a good price. During the entire process I had total confidence in Kristi's recommendations and local knowledge. You won't find a harder working, more dedicated realtor. She deserves way more than five stars!!
