Two years ago my husband met Travis when he came to our door to ask if we were interested in selling. Mick was very impressed with him and hung on to his card. After we arrived in Florida for the winter in January, we decided it was time to sell, so we contacted Travis. He was very positive and offered to begin the paperwork. He also offered to set up an estate sale for us. Travis supervised all this including shoveling snow to allow people to access our home in 14 1inches of snow. He also removed items we did not want to a safe location. Items that did not sell he donated to a local church. The sale was very successful. Shortly after the estate sale in February, we had a very good friend pass away and planned to return to Springboro for the funeral the first week of March. We stayed in the house as the sale was still pending and planned to take the items we wanted when we left. The first night we we there, we had a vey strong storm with lots of rain. During the night, our sump pump failed, and the basement began flooding. We called Travis and he contacted a plumber and restoration company who came right away fixing the pump and drying out the basement. He came regularly that week to give support. After we left to return to Florida, he checked on the house and reported to us almost every day on the progress of the sale of the house. Travis walked us through the entire process from beginning to end, including auto signing, and getting title documents notarized. He is now a very good friend with a great, caring personality. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.
