Meeting Rick was a God moment for me and my family. He showed up at the exact time I needed him. I had been approached in my mom's Wedgwood neighborhood by agents, flyers on the porch, business cards in her mailbox, etc. How was I going to choose someone to help sell her home? I was in the throes of cleaning out 97 years of her life in the midst of placing her in assisted living. I met Rick when he came to my home to pick up an item from our neighborhood "buy nothing" group. We chatted and I asked for his card. I called him the next day. It was early April. My goal was to get this home on the market in May. We worked hard to secure a painter for inside and out (he started the evening of my inquiry-he had painted my home and was wonderful), the home cleaners Rick recommended did a fantastic and thorough job, my son pulled the carpet to find beautiful red oak hardwoods which were cleaned and finished the following week, the stager and photographer were scheduled! With Rick's guidance, connections and expertise, that house was on the market May 27 with eight offers by June 2nd and one offer accepted that afternoon. The house closed Friday June 6th. This would NEVER have happened without Rick. NEVER. I still shake my head at my good fortune of meeting him and having this sale be seamless with the most joyous outcome. From beginning to end, Rick was kind, efficient, communicative, and clear. I never felt one ounce of pressure. We know Rick had other customers, but we always felt like he put us first. He worked hard to make this happen for my mom and our family. We are not only satisfied, we are delighted. Simply and positively delighted.
