I have been teamed with Tina for real estates in the city for several years and she has been an excellent business partner. She is super knowledgeable about the city and is very trustworthy. Looking forward to more collaborations with Tina.

We met Tina while she was showing a property during an open house. We were just starting to look for a home for our small family, and knew next to nothing about the process. While the property she was showing didn't suit our needs, we felt a connection with Tina and decided to hire her as our agent. Despite our newness to the market and modest budget, Tina worked tirelessly on our behalf. She consistently found properties that met our ever-changing wants and needs, reviewed countless disclosure packages, and never pressured or rushed us to make a decision. For over two years, Tina patiently guided us through all the ups and downs of the process. She met us at countless open houses, showed us properties on her own, took all our calls, responded to all our emails and texts, and made us feel as if we were her only clients. When we finally found the right home, Tina worked diligently to make sure everything from the initial offer to the signing of the final documents went smoothly. Tina was a calming presence during one of the most stressful times of our lives. Without her expertise, we might have been able to push through, but because Tina was on our side we were able to have a peace of mind and enjoy this life-changing moment. Throughout our journey we have come to understand that Tina is a dependable, trustworthy, and skilled real estate agent. She genuinely cares about her clients as human beings, so much so that we have come to view Tina as part of our family and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs an expert real estate agent on their side.

Buying and selling a home are two of the most important decisions you are likely to make in your life. Tina Leonardi is the perfect real estate agent to assist and represent you in this process. Tina recently helped guide us through this process after living 35 years in our cherished home. She was always attentive to our needs and desires, and always prompt in response to our questions. She conducted business with a sense of what's best for the client. Tina is the ultimate professional and we unhesitatingly recommend her.

I had a wonderful experience working with Tina, my realtor, who helped me purchase my dream home.Tina was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences and went above and beyond to find properties that met my criteria. Throughout the entire process, Tina provided exceptional guidance and support, from touring homes to negotiating the best deal. She was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns, and I especially appreciated that she was happy to assist outside of her comfort zone with external mortgage and loan companies. This made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.I highly recommend Tina to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
