We have had Excellent service and always receive a quick response to all of our needs. We highly recommend Teresa Davis for her knowledge and pleasant attitude.

Teresa and the staff at JHPM did an excellent job managing our rental property and making it near effortless for us. They kept good renters in it and handled all necessary repairs quickly. When it came time to sell the house Theresa was able to put us in touch with a realtor and was there with any info we needed for getting the repairs, inspections etc completed. She assisted in everything we needed until the house was sold. She really made the whole process easy. I would definitely recommend JHPM for handling any rental.
