Vickie and Cathy did an absolutely great job. From our Initial meeting until the sale closed they were professional and caring. They helped us through several offers. They were great at marketing our home using multiple channels that resulted in selling our home in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants to sell their home or property. They stayed in constant contact through every step including after the sale. We would definitely use them again without hesitation.

Vickie, Cathy and their team did an absolutely great job selling our home. They were alway available to answer our questions, day or night. They kept us informed as we worked through several offers. They were extremely helpful assisting and advising us through it all. They had multiple marketing plans that kept our home advertised multiple ways, which led multiple offers and the sale of our home. We highly recommend them to anyone who has a home to sell.

Absolutely excellent. Everything about this experience was incredible. Way above and beyond.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Cathy was always there for us every single step of the way. Our questions were answered and explained immediately each time we asked. We are so grateful for the support, encouragement, patience and knowledge that we received. We truly appreciate all involved..

Vickie, Cathy and their team have been a Godsend in assisting us in the sale of our home. We had such a short notice on our move and were having a difficult time deciding on a real estate company to assist us and they had the highest reviews in our area for customer service and quick sales. They came in with their sleeves rolled up and within a few days they had a plan and all the information about the current market to us to get us on the right track to get our home listed for the best price and a quick sale. We were on such a tight schedule and had to move prior to listing the home that they were able to recommend and handle a contractor to get the house ready for sale, they took care of everything for us. The house went under contractor the day after listing, and for over asking price, which we never expected. If you are looking to sell your home and don’t know where to start or want a team that knows the market and exactly how to market your home for a quick sale, they are the pair you want working for you.

It was an experience above and beyond anyone could expect . They walked me patiently and professionally thru every step of the entire process . Identified and coached me regarding what can come up and slow down the timeline if not looked into prior to inspection. With their help I had zero Delay. Not to mention their insight when creating the posting , the house had two bids in the first 48 hours and closed a few weeks later ! I was also able to donate a lot of household goods left by tenant in excellent condition , to Knock knock House because they work closely with that organization/Charity ;)

Working with Cathy and Vickie on this cross-sale was a pleasure. They were incredibly communicative and proactive, which helped keep everything smooth and on track for our clients. I look forward to working with them again soon!
