I am a first time home buyer and I felt supported by my trusted realtor Robert. Robert is the realtor to work with, during the long, complicated and intimidating process of purchasing a home. He had gone through the purchase process on his own and his knowledge of homes, builds, appliances, etc. is vast! And if he doesn’t have the answer he finds the resource or answer for you!

Robert is the best. He took charge for us and understood the market totally. He was always available and responsive to any issues we had. We would totally recommend Robert .

Our son is moving to Chicago and needs an apartment. We contacted Robert Thomas to help us. He called me back almost immediately and we discussed our needs and when we would be in town. He set up a full day of tours of apartments based on those needs. He is extremely knowledgeable, had all the information we needed and tailored the tour exactly fitting our needs. We feel we can totally trust Robert to help us in this process and if we need to buy in the future we will certainly work with him. He has already followed up with us. Robert Thomas is a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or rent in Chicago without hesitation.
