Rhonda sold our home within 2 weeks of it’s listing, for the full asking price! We figured that it would take about 6 months to sell as it was the highest priced home in the area; nothing had ever sold in that price point in that neighborhood, and to complicate matters, it was a very unusual home requiring a buyer who would appreciate an extremely contemporary, open home.
