Regina is exceptional. The process from start to finish was truly first class. Not only was each step of the process communicated, but the "why" of each step was explained. Her knowledge of the neighborhood and price points was key in getting the best offer within five days of listing the property. It was a pleasure working with Regina. The process was seamless, but more importantly stressless.

We can't say enough positive things about working with Regina. From day one, she provided us with expert market analysis of our home and the neighborhood. She put our minds at ease during the entire process and prepared a thorough marketing plan and action steps for us to feel engaged and informed throughout. Most of all, she delivered on every promise and accurately predicted how quickly our house would receive offers. We received numerous and she walked us through the advantages of each. We highly recommend Regina for anyone seeking one of the very best realtors.

We were very pleased working with Regina. She had our house sold in 36 hours from the initial listing, at the full asking price which was higher than we thought it would price out. Regina is very professional, responsive to our needs, and impressively knowledgeable about the market conditions. She made a stressful time, easy to deal with.

So happy we went with Regina! She was patient, knowledgeable, and knew the area well. We luckily put the house for sale right before the craziness started and got an offer after the first showing! She was great with the negotiation process after inspection etc. She kept us informed and was honest.

Regina was a pleasure to do business with! She made what seemed to be a stressful and exhausting process for us absolutely painless! Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and always made herself available to us with excellent follow through. Regina really listened to our needs and worked diligently to find us the perfect home! We highly recommend Regina for all your real estate needs

I would need many more than 140 characters to explain how awesome Regina was throughout the entire home purchase process. From the beginning of the process until the end she was professional, great job communication on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process. She’s a true pro. If you are moving to the area--there is only one realtor to use--and that is Regina. She pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our purchase process. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you. Her greatest attribute, 'she listens' and then asks thought provoking questions which insures you get what you really want.

I met Regina through a referral from a friend. In every way, Regina lived up to expectations. She helped me to understand the market, value the property and get it on the market quickly and efficiently. Regina was there every step of the way.
