I had a chance to work with Paige to sell our condo in Chicagoland area. Paige had made us feel very comfortable during the process, from start to end. We had two other leading agents which were very familiar in the area, in the beginning but ended up going with Paige because we felt the energy, positive attitudes and her background would give us a slight edge and higher probability in getting our place ready to be listed as well as making them attractive to potential buyers. And we were right, she was able to sell our place in record time, although, I wouldn't personally expect that to happen all the time, as we all know, real estate is all about timing and a little bit of luck, assuming we have a perfect execution and plans. My takeaway is: follow Paige suggestions, it might cost a bit of money up-front, but depends on the market one is trying to sell on, they are sometimes a difference maker between getting one's place sold within a week vs. within months. One last thing, as an added bonus, we also become friend, and hope to catch up when we are in town :-).
