I came from San Francisco, and I had a week to look for two condos. Naseem showed us around 30 properties and he carefully looked over all details and condition of the condos. He would point out whether the decks were properly constructed and maintained, checked the pipes, hvac and peeked in all the cabinets. In essence, he really cares. He also has a unique skill: we call it the 'Smell-o-meter.' He can sense mold and will start to get a headache. It is like kryptonite for him. Then when it came to entering negotiations, Naseem was genius! He has keen instinct and his vast experience allows him to 'read' between the lines of the other agent's intent. His mind switches into computer mode, coming up with many mathematical computations when he counters. I had to ask him to break down his thinking for me! He switches easily from professional realtor to a genuinely warm, thoughtful, funny personality. He was a total joy to be with and I felt great trust as he negotiated our properties. He is the best!
