Michael is an exceptional realtor to work with. We have moved so many times in the past 15 years, so have lots of experience with really good and some less good realtors. Michael helped us with our last two purchase/sales and just did an amazing job from start to finish. He is savvy, knows the business extremely well, and has the contacts, local knowledge, decades of experience and negotiation skills to get your house sold. On top of that, he's also an honest, good guy. With our last house, in a market where no houses were moving, he had ours in a bidding war and had it sold above asking price within 3-4 days of hitting the market. I mean... wow. We were completely astounded. Colleagues/friends of ours in that same neighborhood have had their homes on the market for 6 months and had to drop their asking price since listing...! Lastly- Michael provided us with excellent, fairly priced recommendations for people when we needed to do renovations.
