I can't speak more highly of Marie DiCosola! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the local markets, understands the buying and selling process but more than that, is willing to go the extra mile when it comes to settling jitters, answering questions and giving her suggestions. As an example, we had a couple issues with our house when we were planning to sell it and we were living out of state, these issues happened during our previous tenant and we were unaware of them until we were considering listing our house. In short, our options were limited. Based on her background, she was able to get these issues sorted, corrected and at a significantly lower costs than doing them ourselves. She managed multiple open houses, realtor functions and virtually staged our house, making the advertisements look amazing which in turn gave us a lot of traffic towards our home and ultimately selling it for more than we anticipated. I can't thank Marie enough. I highly recommend her if you are selling or looking for a home.
