Lala worked with us for three months to find the perfect house in Evanston/Skokie. She knew the ins and outs of absolutely everything about this area. She stayed upbeat and optimistic even when there were setbacks, and she was always willing to fit a showing into her schedule--or even spend half a Saturday! When we did find the right house, she was so on top of all the forms, etc. But her ability to negotiate for the right price was what really impressed. Five years later, when we sold the same house, she gave us the best advice on timing, staging, and price. The result? We were under contract in 8 days, at a time when most houses needed 90 days to sell. Lala, you're amazing!

Our family has had a chance to use Lala twice within a year (another story) and we've had a chance to see how she works with you as both a seller and buyer. Lala is a very professional and understands her client's needs. However, she also has the great ability to give you a new perspective you may not have considered. In both of our circumstances, we were out of the country (ex-pat assignment) but were always taken care of. She explained every part of the process and also proposed solutions. Another area that we were quite impressed with was her working network. We were always free to use anyone we wanted (mortgage banker, attorney, home inspector) but we always asked Lala for her opinion. I mean, why wouldn't you? We have been extremely happy with the people that she suggested (again, it was our own free will and we asked her for the recommendations).
