Kyle and his team helped me purchase a house in 2013, and he helped me sell that same house in 2014 for 30% more than I paid for it. He had great advice about what upgrades would attract the most buyers, and he and his team went all-out when it came to marketing the property (e.g., brochures, awesome website, private tours). We also had a tight time line to sell the property, and Kyle made sure we didn't lose a single day. Would work with Kyle again in a heartbeat!
