Jen was great and helped me get exactly what I was looking for, for a number I was comfortable with. She’s very attentive and was in touch about how I was feeling through every step of the process.
I'd give Jenn 6/5 stars for her responsiveness and process expertise. She helped me purchase a home as I was doing some intensive travel for work. Further she helped to find a team of legal, inspection, and real estate experts for me to close the home quickly. Given that it was a two bed, two bath where I was moving in from a studio, she also helped to provide thoughtful suggestions on how to move into the home.
No words can express our appreciation for how hard Jen worked to sell our condo. From the beginning, Jen showed her many years of experience handling the ENTIRE PROCESS. She provided options for us to consider along the way with her suggestions on appropriate paths. Given the holiday season, she was extremely strategic in timing our various decisions that could impact the sale. By the middle of the process, I was to the point of, "Do you what you think!" :-) To say the least, bravo!! And thank you again Jen!!
She was super patient with the process and was always available to give feedback. I am a landlord and manages a condo from out-of-state. I chose Jenn as my leasing agent because of her proven record of success. I was impressed on the level of detail - from staging, showing, preparation of agreement, dealing with the property management, screening of tenants, etc. The timing of the rental was not ideal due to COVID and riots in Chicago. But despite all the uncertainties and volatility of rental market in Chicago, Jenn was able to secure me great tenants. Jenn made sure that the tenants were happy and checked on them after the move. The tenants were definitely grateful that she was available for questions during the first few weeks. I will definitely use her services again as a landlord, buyer, or seller.
