I came from Houston, where southern hospitality is very common, and I know from past experience that 99% of realtors in Texas have no desire to work with anybody that is only looking for a 'lease', for obvious reasons relating to their commission structure. I was then introduced to you by Kelly, thankfully. You provided a phenomenal, second to none, client experience, You went above and beyond for the places I wanted, and although I was denied several times at first, you continued to work with me without a decrease in work ethic or effort. You defied the odds and completely falsified my doubts of you quitting on me because we weren't successful in the beginning. I cannot begin to describe the level of service that you provided, whether it was texts at 7 AM or 11 PM, you responded. When we viewed 3 properties in the beginning, I was bombarded in the face with denials; you still gave me hope and stayed with me. We then toured more, I was declined again, and I could have sworn you were going to stop responding at that point. But no, you stuck with me. We waited a little bit for me to do the things I needed to do, and we were then successful with ease. You showed me what TRUE customer service is, what the TRUE client experience should be, and what a TRUE agent should do to ensure their clients' success during the search for a property to live in and call their home. You have truly set the standard in my eyes for what an agent should treat their clients like, and I could not measure my level of gratitude and appreciation for all that you have done. In my sincerest tone and meaning, you are truly the greatest agent I have ever worked with. For as long as I live in Chicago, I will never think twice about using anybody besides you, nor will I think twice about referring a single person that I can to you as well.
