Ed was great from start to finish of the sale process- he came up with a detailed modification and renovation plan for us to execute before putting our condo on the market, and he recommended affordable contractors who were able to make the repairs we needed. Once on the market, Ed's advice was crucial to securing the most favorable contract as we were weighing several offers, and we ended up selling for significantly above the price that we bought the unit for. Even after signing the contract, Ed stayed incredibly responsive right up to the date of closing, communicating with our attorney, advising on what was and was not standard in the closing process, and making sure that all small details were wrapped up.
