Deena spent the time getting to know us, our interests and how we live so that she was able to guide us in the process appropriately. When I would send her properties she was able and very willing to tell us which would align well with our interests and which would not. She prepared us well for the process in advance, gave us guidance on what to expect and connected us to the necessary resources, e.g. mortgage, contractor and attorney so that we could learn and have the information we needed when the right property was identified. When challenges were presented Deena's wealth of experience, her relationships and her calmness helped us navigate well through any hiccups as they happened. I was a first time home buyer. Deena sat down with me early in the process to discuss what I wanted and how the entire process would work. She set me up with a lender to help walk me through what I could actually afford (with HOA, taxes, and mortgage payments). She also had all of the fees outlined for closing. She had a name and number of a trusted person for every step of the process where additional people are needed. For someone who works in consulting, I am used to quick responses and she is one of the most responsive people I have worked with. From giving you specific times she may not be available to getting back to you any time of day. Once I found a place I loved, she sat me down and gave me a bit of a 'reality check' with how much it would cost me and also what the area did/ did not offer to ensure I was making the correct decision in where I was choosing to live and how much I was willing to pay. Deena is a realtor who you can tell works with high networth properties, but treats everyone equally. She has become a friend and continues to reach out to ensure my experience is all I hoped for. When it comes time to sell and buy I will be reaching out to Deena again.
