We had a wonderful experience working with Conor on the sale of our Hinsdale home! Conor gave us thoughtful advice throughout the process and helped us navigate important decisions as they arose. His knowledge of the market and strong connections in the area helped us find an excellent buyer for our home. We are so grateful for Conor’s guidance and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Conor and Mimi are a great team. Conor helped us find our first rental 12 years ago which was a unique rental opportunity and ended up being our favorite apartment in our 8 years in the city and then Mimi and Conor helped us find our first home 6 years ago which was the perfect first home for our family and just recently helped us find our current home, which was also off-market, rare, incredible opportunity. They knew we had a very particular set of requirements we were looking for in our next home and immediately reached out when they found about this off-market home that fit our very specific requirements in every way. The process was quick, easy, and everyone was happy - including the sellers. We are SO grateful for their expertise, trust, partnership and their incredible connections throughout the Chicagoland area. To say they have helped us find all of our homes over the past 12 years, most of which were off-market, is quite amazing and we are forever grateful. I would highly recommend Conor and Mimi - they are an incredible team with unmatched access to off-market properties, which is so hard to find in this difficult market. Thank you both for all that you do!

Conor is excellent at his job. He was calm and efficient and answered all my questions. The house was on the market within one day of our initial meeting. He made the process of going back and forth with paperwork very easy and he answered emails within a few minutes. I would definitely hire Conor again.

We LOVED working with Conor and cannot recommend him highly enough! Prior to working with him, we had worked with another realtor, and that experience was stressful as it was filled with many miscommunications that led to mistrust. Switching to Conor was a breath of fresh air! From the get go, Conor was always honest, transparent, and trustworthy. Uniquely, he is very patient and spent so much time coaching us as first time home buyers. He was quick to respond to questions and never pressured us in this competitive and fast environment. He also has an extremely large breadth of knowledge and was able to point out features about a home that we did not realize. When it mattered most, he was able to help us put together a competitive offer that got us our dream home. I think his relationship with the seller's agent also helped us get our offer accepted. We will definitely go back to Conor for any future needs!

We are so grateful to Conor for finding our dream home! We relied on his expertise—everything from the right price and insider location info to remodeling advice and early looks at off market listings—daily. Even though we know how busy he is, he always made us feel like we were his only client!

Conor was a pleasure to work with. We used him for selling our condo in the city and buying a home in the suburbs. In an aggressive buyers market he gave us the guidance of what we needed to do to get a home that had multiple other offers. Our condo sold with in one weekend with his marketing expertise. In a time where buying and selling can be stressful he made the entire experience smooth and easy.

Conor was great! Very knowledgeable and professional! In good hands with all your real estate needs!
