Cathy Egan was phenomenal in her role as a buyer’s agent for us. We had very specific requirements that necessitated a highly targeted search. Unfortunately what we were looking was not generally available in the market. Cathy used creativity and perseverance to find us the right property. The property we ultimately bought was originally priced out of our range, but Cathy persuaded us to view the unit. We fell in love with the unit in our first visit. With time to move on our side, and a slowing condo market, Cathy strategically had us put in offers based on specific comps in the area. She preached patience as we made several offers that were rejected. Rather than meeting the seller’s demand, we held firm. In the meantime, she continued to identify and present us with many wonderful alternatives. The seller eventually accepted our price. In the end, Cathy found us an amazing condominium that we obtained at great price. She at all times was focused on our best interests even to her detriment (she could have gotten a sure commission if we upped our offer and met the seller’s demands). Beyond doing a spectacular job, Cathy is an absolute pleasure. She is kind, courteous, punctual, reliable, honest and loyal. You would struggle to find a better agent than Cathy.
