Pat was very helpful in our move from Chicago to Myrtle Beach. He spent many days with us looking through homes and different properties to help us find what we were looking for. Pat had a nice calm personality and was always available long distance to answer our many questions that came up. In addition, he took pictures of our home and sent them to us so we could review it as it was being built. We highly recommend him.
