I thought I wanted to move into a condo about 3 years ago...at that time, I was looking in Madison area....Marilyn met me at many condos in that area but they were too expensive and needed improvements . She told and showed me other condos but even though I said i'd pay sellers asking price. they didnt take my offer. I'm happy that I bought the condo at Independence Place and thank Marilyn for making that possible.
This wonderful lady worked with us for what had to have been six of the longest, most excruciatingly painful years of her life, to help us find the home of our dreams. This was no easy task to deal with two of the pickiest, most ridiculously stubborn people such as my husband and myself!
