Love Ashley! She really has made it an easy process to buying my new home.

Janelle was fantastic to work with. After talking selling my house a year or so ago, she went out of her way throughout that year to send me houses that I might be interested in. After reaching out a second time, we got the process started. She was willing and able to show houses out of town spur of the moment after looking at a couple around town that just didn’t quite fit what I was looking for. She was patient and allowed me to find the perfect house that would fit for me and my girls. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Brad’s the best around. Doesn’t matter if you’re on the buying side or the selling side he’s going to make sure that your experience is as positive and stress-free as possible. He’s the ultimate professional and I can say firsthand that he goes above and beyond what’s required of him. There’s nobody I’d rather work with.

Impeccable customer service! Always very prompt and courteous. Office is top notch and spotless. Ryan and his staff made my wife and I feel like family from day 1.

Chelsie was terrific from the start — clear communication, prompt responses, and a genuinely smooth process from beginning to end. She handled all the paperwork effortlessly and kept everything on track. Truly outstanding service. I would highly recommend her to buy or sell your home.

When looking to move to Ankeny, we were first time home buyers and just could not have found a better person to help us navigate that journey than Ryan. We moved from out of state and he met with us on Zoom to discuss what we hoped to find in a home. He then sent us options and helped us to discuss these options and make a list to come walk through. When we found a home with which we were excited, he helped us to place a bid and walked us through the process to purchase our first home. When we first came to our home and the sellers had not cleaned, he arranged for our home to be cleaned before we moved in our belongings. He continued to be available to us even after the purchase. When the kitchen sink had a massive leak, and we did not know what to do, we walked us through that situation. Buying a house has been exciting and terrifying, and Ryan was there for us for everything. We would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Janelle was great to work with. We always felt she was on top of everything and she was easy to reach if we had questions throughout the selling process.

Working with Janelle throughout our home-buying journey was an incredible experience. From the very beginning, she took the time to truly get to know our needs and what we were looking for in a home. She didn’t just help us search for houses, she genuinely invested herself in helping us find the right house for us. What stood out most during this process was Janelle’s dedication to exploring every possible option and opportunity. She consistently went above and beyond, ensuring we never felt rushed or pressured and that we had all the information needed to make confident decisions. Her knowledge, communication, and commitment to her clients are unmatched. Throughout the entire process, she was extremely responsive, flexible, and always available to answer questions or address concerns. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and exciting. More importantly, she made sure we were comfortable with every decision along the way and truly prioritized our satisfaction. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, we found a home that we absolutely love. We are incredibly grateful for all of Janelle’s guidance, support, and encouragement throughout the process. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and will go above and beyond to help them find the perfect home.

I got a recommendation from a friend who worked with Megan not long ago. And wow I am impressed. Megan was so easy to get ahold of off the bat and making plans to meet up for a “get to know you” session was just days away after that. The first meeting was informative and down to business but in a personable kind of way that just makes you feel at ease and like you have known her forever. It was a fun coffee date and when I left I knew I had the right realtor to help me find my new home. Patience is a virtue and Megan’s got it. She was with me every step of the way, every question (Lord knows I had a ton of them), every concern, reaching out to HOAs and everyone else on my behalf and finding all of the answers. Available at a moments notice too which I am sure turned a few of my sleepless nights into hers as well. She seems to know the area well and listened to my critiques in listings and my praises too. I was looking alone, family is out of town, she was great a good candidate when I needed to bounce my thoughts around. She showed me the ropes and was even super easy about working with a for sale by owner listing that I now own thanks to her. She was always on time and informative of any goings ons. I just have nothing but good things to say about Megan. I’m even telling people that aren’t looking for homes about her! A lasting impression for sure. Highly recommend.
