Jeanne was excellent. Proactive, precise, prompt. She was quick to communicate, was very knowledgeable about the current market and the area, and helped get all of the details around various properties we were interested in. She helped us form a strategic and thorough offer which inevitably landed us the property! Would absolutely recommend Jeanne to others looking for a home in the Main Line area.
As a first time home buyer, Jeanne was very patient with us and actively listened to us. She is very knowledgeable with the surrounding Swarthmore area. We definitely would recommend her!
We had two settlements (buying and selling) within the past month and stepping out of each, my husband and I both reflected how happy we were that Jeanne was our agent. For over two years, she was in our corner looking for our next home in Swarthmore. With limited inventory, you want her in your corner as she has a good pulse and is well connected. Patient, dedicated, and a strong communicator (and super accessible!) Jeanne got us our dream home and also sold our former home with 11 offers! Highly recommend.
Jeanne was an excellent agent for us. We appreciated her professionalism, quick response rate, and knowledge of the local area. We felt like Jeanne did a good job listening to what was important for us, and she was never pushy or judgmental. She is also someone that works hard to build positive relationships with all parties involved in the home purchasing process, which made our experience smooth and enjoyable. Finally, she has also been helpful beyond the closing date, as she has given us good recommendations for home improvement products and service providers.
Jeanne was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Media, Wallingford, Swarthmore areas. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond in a tight closing window was greatly appreciated by our family!
Jeanne was so helpful in our home buying experience. As first time homebuyers, having someone as experienced and knowledgeable about the area and market as Jeanne was so helpful. She advocated for us throughout the whole process and made sure that we were comfortable with every part of the deal. My wife and I highly recommend her!
We've worked with Jeanne to buy two houses and sell one. Another person in our family also bought their house with Jeanne. If you're in Delaware County or the surrounding areas, I cannot recommend her enough. She's smart, responsive, knows the area, doesn't seem to sleep, and has saved us from making costly mistakes multiple times.
Jeanne Maillet is insightful, a good listener and a great resource on the many aspects of buying and selling a house. No matter how many clients she is working with she makes you feel like your needs and questions are her top priorities. We were fortunate to work with Jeanne on the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. Her advice, strategies and direct communication were critical for us to navigate the fast paced world of real estate. Karin & Arthur Stevens
We just happened to run into Jeanne at one of her open houses, and we could not have been luckier. Being first-time home buyers (especially in this market) was a crazy experience, but from answering questions to touring properties to putting together competitive offers, Jeanne was there every step of the way. Her predictions and estimates really are a testament to how knowledgeable she is about the areas and the market she works in. You're in good hands!
