This is the third time, in the last year, we had used the services of Rita to close on Bluffton properties. For this latest sale, Rita was able to navigate through a delicate situation in which the property was held in a Family Trust. Thank you Rita for making this happen.

Thank you, Rita, for helping to sell our investment property in Bluffton. I entered the property on 7/17... and after many repairs, new paint, blinds, and carpet, it closed on 9/28. The closing went smoothly with steadfast communication.

It was a pleasure to work with Rita!
She returned our calls immediately and
suggested new listings to view.
We found a new home that we loved and the transition went quickly and smoothly!
We would recommend Rita and your
Company without hesitation!
Rita was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. She didn’t push anything on me and was willing to accept my thoughts on the whole process.
