Excellent service from Derek -- professional and a pleasure to work with on our search / purchase.

Incredible experience

Derek was the best realtor we have ever had. His communication set him apart from the rest. He answered every call, question, and concern. If he didn't have the answer he hustled to get it. I can't say enough about his professionalism.

We absolutely loved working with Derek! He would always keep us informed about all our showings, made us very comfortable with our decision and became a true friend. We would recommend Derek to anyone leaving or moving to the low country. He sold our house in one week! He knows his clients.

Derek was very professional, kind and considerate. He got the sale done and I appreciated all he did. Thank you!

Derek was extremely professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of our home buying and selling process. He negotiated our contingent offer on the house we were purchasing, while selling our current house in an extremely short time frame. He kept us in the know about every single step of the process and gave us excellent advice. He made the entire process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Derek for any real estate needs.

Derek went over and beyond expectations to help us find the best home for us! He was always available and willing to help with all questions and requests

Derek was great to work with! He went above and beyond for us!
