Teri was a fantastic realtor! My family and I are so grateful that we found her. She is someone who truly listens to and cares about her clients. She does a great job at negotiating and getting a deal that is right for you and your family. She truly wants what’s best for you and that’s very refreshing in an industry that often times lacks a personal touch. We will be recommending Teri to anyone who is in need of a realtor.

Teri is fantastic! We were moving from another state and gave her the parameters of what we wanted. She found the perfect home for us as well as finding a great lender. She kept in close contact so all deadlines were met and we would close on time. She did all the negotiations with the builder and got us all and more than we were asking for. Teri still checks in with us to make sure we are happy . I would highly recommend Teri to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. Teri goes above and beyond!

Terri intuitively knew what we were looking for and was able to communicate and make things happen in a short amount of time. We were on a tight tine frame and Teri never once let up on making the process come together. She knows her business well and is a go getter in all areas. Results is her super power. Terri has also offered her vast knowledge of the area in helping us set up local requirements as well.

Teri got me into my DREAM HOUSE in the North End is one of the loveliest humans you will ever meet. Things you will love about working with her: - She listens for what you want: Teri took time to understand what kind of house I was looking for, my restrictions, the neighborhoods I wanted to be in, etc. - Goes at your pace: When I wanted to just browse causally we did that, when I wanted to move fast she was right there with me! We closed on my house in 2 weeks! - She will make sure you're offer stands out: I told Teri this was my dream house and we had to get it. She was so savvy in how to structure my offer to make sure it was the best one, not necessarily the highest but the best - and it worked. - Advocate for you: Helped me get the right mortgage, insurance, etc. When I felt like a lender was being unclear with me Teri stepped in to make sure all my questions were answered, I understood, and was comfortable. My house was listed Thursday AM. I saw it first thing in the morning and sent it to Teri right away. She made sure I was the first person to view it within the hour. I knew I wanted to make an offer so we game planned right away: what were my options, monthly budget vs how much I wanted the home, etc. She was in contact with the sellers immediately. She was super strategic in how we structured my offer so as to respect my budget but made sure I stood out. Anyways, long story short my offer was accepted by Friday night and we closed in 2 weeks. She was there with me every step along the way! Thank you Teri, you are a gem!
