I generally am not a fan of Realtors and feel I can do most of the process myself if I were allowed. Russ helped us buy our house 5 years ago and he was a complete rock star. He was great to deal with. His local knowledge is phenomenal especial with property taxes. He is very easy to get a hold of, and lets you walk through the house without talking your ear off. He also noticed some small details that allowed us to save save several thousand off the sale price at the time. If I were looking for another home, Russ would be my first call!!!
