I had an exceptionally good experience working with Brian Ayer. I have worked with many very good agents and Brian was by far the best. What made him stand out in my transaction was his ability to correctly assess what my house could get in the market at the time and then market the property accordingly. Brian saw value in my house and believed that I get $100K more than what the others thought. I was a bit skeptical, but he convinced me of his thinking and marketing plan. Sure enough, we got what we were asking, but that was also because Brian did a great job of market intelligence and negotiating to close the sale.
