Theresa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made my dream of owning a home in the mountains of Napa a reality. Her patience, wisdom, and thoughtful approach guided me through every step of the process with confidence and ease. I’m truly grateful for her expertise and dedication.

I cannot say enough in praise of Theresa Harrelson at Golden Gate Sotheby's. Theresa is far more than a real estate agent in the technical sense of the word: she guided me through the entire process - from searching to closing - as a professional, a friend, a confidante, an advisor. She boasts a combination of warmth plus deal-making acumen, and Theresa is as giving and attentive with her time as one could hope for. You feel there is a genuine emotional investment on her part, so working together never feels perfunctory or merely transactional. You are in safe hands with Theresa!

Theresa is a closer. She is transparent and dedicated — and she innately understood how important this purchase was to us, our first home together. When it came time to make the offer, her singular powers of persuasion were a great asset to us. It was a joy to work with Theresa. Together we found our dream home.

Working with Theresa was such a positive and smooth experience. She handled the project from start to finish without surprises. It was a hassle free experience for me, living far away from the project that she was driving on a daily basis. Someone I gave my trust to, and I would recommend anyone to work with her on their upcoming project. It was very professional and amazingly fast to execute.

Theresa exceeded all our expectations and found us the perfect home in record time. We thought that our search would take months, but she quickly understood what we were looking for. The negotiations went smoothly due to her experience and guidance, and she and her team helped us craft the perfect offer. We wholeheartedly recommend Theresa!

My husband and I worked with Theresa for nearly two years to find a second home in the Bay Area. We were unfamiliar with many of the communities and wanted to learn their characteristics. Theresa did an excellent job of acquainting us with the options and helping to narrow our focus. When the two of us had differing opinions she was always patient and helped us prioritize our choices without pushing. We were especially impressed by Theresa’s tenacity. She was able to leverage her extensive network of contacts to ensure we got an early look at desirable properties in a hot market. We could see she has earned the respect of other brokers which helped gain our trust and assure us we were in good hands. Theresa also respected our limited time since we had to travel from outside the area. We could easily have been overwhelmed by the range of offerings to see and appreciated her ability to cull out the properties best suited to our needs. And once we found our chosen home, Theresa was diligent about responding to our many questions on disclosures and other documents to ensure a smooth closing. Most of all Theresa offers her clients a rare combination of professionalism and personal connection. She made us feel special, like good friends, and always brought a sense of fun to what can be a challenging experience. Even after her many years of experience she retains a refreshing enthusiasm, as if each new deal is her first. We highly recommend Theresa Harrelson. Kaye & Will March, 2024

We refer buyers and sellers to Theresa for top notch Bay Area real estate transactions. Theresa was extremely responsive with requests from the seller’s agent and she made it so easy in our role as the buyers. We requested a 15 day close and Theresa made that happen, even working through some of her vacation to ensure a timely close. Her attention to the details, big and small, proved to be extremely useful during and after the buying process. Theresa’s professionalism combined with her passion for achieving the best outcome for her clients is an experience we highly recommend.

Theresa is the real deal!  I have worked closely with her for many years building brands.  She is creative, energetic, and committed to her clients.  She moves from domestic to international businesses with ease, as well as understanding regional issues and differences.  Her attention to detail is unrivaled.  I would trust her with any business opportunity and highly recommend her.   Karen Micciulla, Senior VP of Design and Merchandising - Michael Kors, September 10, 2022

Working with Theresa over the years has been nothing less than sheer delight.  She is a driven professional and has never met a challenge that she hasn’t turned into an opportunity.  She anticipates her client’s needs and is driven to achieve their goals.  Her passion comes through in everything she does.  I highly recommend her in anything she does.   Lori Marten, VP Divisional Merchandise Manager – Nordstrom – September 7, 2022
