Amanda is amazing to work with! Really appreciated her approach thru the buying process, providing guidance and sharing her experience of the Jacksonville market. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and calm during stressful times of buying a home. She has a great network of inspectors/contractors/technicians to bounce ideas off of for possible repairs or renovation work for an older home during the inspection period. Thanks Amanda!

I recently purchased a new home after several years of searching. My agent, Amanda Rodriguez, did an outstanding job. Her patience, guidance and sense of discretion won me over as my agent of choice. There are so many more facets to searching and finding your ideal home than we realize. Finding a trusted agent to help you through the process means as much as finding the right place. Thank you Amanda! I love my new place and appreciate everything that you did to make it happen!
