I met Brett last September when I made a trip from Nebraska to see family and spent a few days in Coeur d’Alene. I stopped at Delcardo Village to see the homes for sale, and he was very accommodating and we had a great visit. This year, over the week of the Fourth of July, I was in Missoula visiting my kids and we decided to come to Coeur d’Alene for a day. I had been keeping an eye on the real estate in the area since the visit last year. My kids suggested that I might call an agent and see if we could get into some homes. I only considered calling Brett. Even though my late husband and I had lived here previously, and I knew other agents. Brett made time for us and it was a very enjoyable day, even my kids thought he was great! I made an offer on a home, even though my Nebraska home wasn’t for sale yet. I got home, and put my home up for sale and sold it in three days. Brett was very attentive and kept checking on the sale and checking on me through the whole process and making sure I was doing OK! We had a few bumps in the road, on the Nebraska end, but he was always positive and encouraging to me. Even my Nebraska agent was impressed with him!
