Charlie is super easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the area

Charlie is a true professional. He was very detailed and spent a lot of time finding us the perfect property in Idaho. I am a former broker and owner of 3 real estate offices so I know the difference between average agents and ones who are top of the profession. Charlie is a top professional. I also love his knowledge of the area being that his family has long history in N Idaho.

I can't imagine receiving better service from a real estate agent. Highly recommended.

I can't imagine receiving better service from a real estate agent. Charlie Miller is the best. Highly recommended.

We started working with Charlie to help sell an investment condo and begin the search for a "forever" home in downtown Cd'A. Charlie was incredibly helpful in scheduling work to be done on the condo and working around my hectic and unpredictable schedule. He was there when I couldn't be, overseeing the work that needed to be done to ensure the condo was in pristine condition to place on the market. As we navigated the sale, he was also incredibly proactive in finding and showing us houses that matched what we were looking for where we wanted to look. In the course of only a month and a half, he helped us navigate not only the sale of the condo, but also the purchase of our new home in downtown. I have worked with several real estate agents in the Cd'A area for both purchases and sales. Charlie was by far the most knowledgable, understanding, patient and most importantly, thorough agent I have ever worked with. I would absolutely recommend him and trust him to help guide you through either the purchase or sale process. While I don't expect to make a purchase any time soon, I do look forward to working with Charlie again.

Over the years, I have worked with many real estate agents. I was fine with never seeing any of them again after a transaction closed, until I had the privilege of working with Charlie Miller. Charlie is a phenomenal agent and a wonderful human being. He spent countless hours working with us as we tried to find a home, including showing us properties, alerting us to opportunities, putting together competitive offers, giving us recommendations for quality local people and finding creative solutions to the inevitable issues that arose. It took us almost a year to finally find the property we were looking for. Charlie walked us through that lengthy time period and several potential transactions with an invariable grin and a calm, helpful attitude. We are very happy to have finally found our property, and also to be able to call Charlie a friend. I strongly recommend Charlie for his no pressure, high quality representation and look forward to using him again in the future.

Charlie isn’t a realtor…he is family! Couldn’t ask for an easier and more simple transaction with Charlie in the lead.

Charlie Miller was great to work with. Very responsive and knowledgable and went above and beyond to provide information and help when needed.

Charlie Miller has been on top of every last detail throughout our land purchase. In addition, he has put us in contact with all the right people and agencies that were vital to the development of the property.
