As Susan Schneider was our real estate agent to our complete satisfaction for previous real estate dealings, we were very fortunate in securing again the services of Susan for the sale of our Warwick home. From the moment we decided to put up our home for sale until the day of the closing, Susan was with us every step of the way. With her advice, experience and unfailing responsiveness, with her ability to be always one step ahead, and with her energetic and sunny personality, Susan made the whole process stress-free. With her deep knowledge of the local market she recommended the correct sale price, with her experience in staging property she recommended exactly what sprucing up our home needed in order to make it more attractive and even oversaw its execution as we had moved away, and with her negotiation skills, she successfully secured buyers for our home. If prospective sellers or buyers contact us, we will highly recommend Susan Schneider to them.

Carole was by far one of the best realtors we’ve ever worked with! She kept us updated every step of the way and went above and beyond to get answers for any and all questions we had during the process. A true professional with a lovely attitude!

Carole sold us our first home 30 years ago. When it was time for us to downsize, we knew where we had to go. Carole is awesome! She is a true professional who made us feel like family.

We first came to Warwick looking for a home for our large family. Luckily, we met Carole Rogers and found the home of our dreams. Thirty short years later, when we needed to “right-size”, we again reached out to Carole. Once more, she found us the new home of our dreams! Carole is a true professional! She is thorough, competent, and fun to work with. We highly recommend Carole and her team at Howard Hanna Rand Realty! Sincerely, Manny and Jeanne Lopez

Carole Rogers is an absolute gem. After unsuccessfully trying to sell my mother-in-law's house on our own, we were overwhelmed and stressed. From the moment we met Carole, we felt a sense of relief. Her expertise, professionalism, and compassionate nature made an incredibly difficult process bearable. Carole handled every detail with efficiency and care. The house sold quickly, exceeding our expectations. We cannot thank her enough for her outstanding work. Carole is more than a realtor; she's a trusted advisor and a wonderful person.

I worked with both Carole Rogers and Susan Schneider when they were selling new builds in Warwick Grove. Carole was always upbeat, positive and friendly to clients and co-workers. I saw first-hand her knowledge in and ability to sell real estate and the professionalism she showed her clients. I was not disappointed with Carole and Susan. My house sold in 7 days for over asking. They then assisted me with every little detail until closing. I am a very happy customer and would recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend. Carole is a professional with deep knowledge of the housing market in Orange County NY. She has great communication and people skills. Always punctual, responsive and honest. Carole really cares about her clients and gets the job done. I had a wonderful experience and very happy in my new home. Thank you Carole!
