Sam has been instrumental in our transition to a new state and community. He has provided vast amount of resources to assist our settling in - i..e. names and numbers of all the utility companies, trash service and referrals for all possible future services required to maintain our home going forward. He has been knowledgeable, patient and always available 24/7 despite the fact that for a while we had a 2 hour time difference between California and Oklahoma. He proactively kept us informed of the process along the way and frequently checked in with us before, during and since the move.
