I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Marie and her patience and knowledge and just her amazing presence through this whole process of selling and buying that we just made it through. I have ended up with a perfect new house and I can definitely say I wouldn't be here without Marie by my side and having my back. I will always be so grateful and thankful. I spent a lot of time growing up under Marie’s roof. Now that I am grown up, it came time for me to find my own roof to grow a family under and I knew that Marie would be the perfect person to help us find exactly what we are looking for. She’s diligent, observant, and honest. While we were looking she was always bringing things to our attention to make sure we were aware, taking notes about the community surrounding homes, and open and honest with how she felt about certain showings for us which kept us on a clean line. She always had our best interest in mind, and she went above and beyond for us during this very stressful and anxiety driven process of home buying. Always just a text or phone call away. We loved working with Marie and if we ever wanted to leave this beautiful house that we now own we will be working with her again. Until then, I’m sending all of my friends her way!

Marie made selling my house so simple it felt like I woke up and the check was in the bank! I relocated prior to selling my house and Marie helped me complete all the paperwork remotely so I didn't have to travel. This was an incredible convenience because my closing did not interrupt my work schedule. Marie also helped me get top dollar for my house that wasn't in great condition in just two days.
