Absolutely the best agent! Mary Alice goes above and beyond our expectations!!!!!

Mary Alice Ruben is a stellar example of what to expect from your real estate professional. She was always available and in control. If she didn’t have the answer to resolve a question or issue, she would get back to us right away with a complete solution. Always a smile and a super positive approach!

We're repeat customers of Jay Nelson . He' s very accommodating and communicated at every step through the sale of our home. He gave us his honest opinion and was patient while working through our many questions. He kept the sale on track and worked through any issues. Would recommend Jay without question.

Thank you to Jay Nelson for a smooth and perfect process selling my home. From the moment I met him I knew I was in good hands. Not one glitch or problem. Jay was always available when I needed to talk to him. He followed through with everything he said he would do. This was my third home sell and by far the easiest.

Our experience in buying a home in Murrells Inlet was nothing short of fantastic. Our agent Jay Nelson did a fabulous job for us. I have bought and sold over 12 homes in my life and Jay was the best and most friendly and professional agent i have ever experienced.

I can’t say enough about Jay Nelson and his team…WOW! He gave us incredible service and advice and we were on the opposite side of the contract from him, he actually represented the seller. Jay is a genuine caring person who answered all our questions and made us feel like “his” clients from the start. It’s unusual for someone to go above and beyond these days but if you want a great experience simply call Jay.

We worked with The Litchfield Company to purchase a home in the area and were blown away with the level of service that they provided. We were very hands on in the process and they were more than happy to answer all of our questions and guide us through every step. Courtney Koonce and the Jamie Beard Team worked hard to find us the perfect property at a great price and made the closing process very easy. We would highly recommend the company and will use them again!
