From working with buyers for my former home and sellers are very present home I have never had a transaction go as smoothly as this one has. Susan Guided me through all the paperwork with ease and explained it in terms that I could easily understand. She kept me up-to-date with everything that was going on and gave me a heads up on things that I need to expect. This was one great, great experience. One of the best if not the best realtor I have ever worked with.

Susan was a professional at every level. She cared and understood our needs and kept us informed as to any homes coming on the market. We were very pleased with every aspect of the process and again the excellent communication. We would highly recommend Susan to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.
