We had the pleasure of working with Tim when we purchased our home, he was the sellers agent on the deal. He was very communicative and answered all of our questions timely on the purchase. Unfortunately for us, the move did not prove to be in our best interests in the end, so we made the difficult decision to sell and return to our previous state. We chose Tim to list our home for sale as well, again secure in his knowledge of the construction of the home, we felt he would best represent the home. The home went under contract in 2 days and we just closed yesterday, one month from the day the listing went active! Tim was quick in all communications and very honest.
