I began my real estate career in Manhasset in 1995. Before real estate, I worked in advertising as a creative director as well as a marketing director and director of business development for a large magazine publishing firm. I love to play tennis, and as captain of my club's A-level tennis team, I have built a network from Forest Hills to Dix Hills that helps me market and sell homes. I love what I do and the people I meet doing it! Hope we work together soon. My Real Estate Experience includes: • First-time buyers and sellers • International buyers- including China, Taiwan, Denmark, Sweden • Downsizing buyers and sellers • Luxury buyers and Sellers • Relocation buyers - US and International • Investors and investment properties Skills: • Local expert- I live and work here and preview every property in my market • Negotiations- I use comprosmise and skill to get the best results for my clients • Technologist- I understand and use all the latest web and mobile marketing tools for my clients • Discretion- I work with many individuals who require privacy throughout and after the buying or selling process • NYC/Long Island Network - I work with many buyers moving from Manhattan, Queens, NYC and Long Island • International Network - With Sotheby's, I can offer my sellers unparalled international exposure
