Our realtor researched extensively to find the best home for us. She provided lots of objective data about the neighborhood with many similar homes, and focused entirely to find one that will fit our needs and wishes against our budget, rather than finding a quick close on a sale. If we have questions, she is available virtually at any time. When we find a home of interest, even if not in the realty company's listing, or not in her 'area of responsibility', or even if it is across the MS state border, she is up and ready to arrange with seller and accompany us to go and see, prepped with information about the property. We found the home that is perfect for us, affordable, quiet neighborhood, good school, nearby, groceries. restaurants and gas stations all around, and easy commute to our work places.
