Tanner is great. A few years ago, we traveled many miles to view a few homes, and I was unable to get one bought. I was worried Tanner may not feel the need to answer when I reached out this time around, but I was promptly put at ease with a timely response and schedule phone call/visit. I am so happy we were able to work together again, and I am even more happy that we were able to find a home for me.
Tanner was great! As we were moving from out of state and couldn’t be there in person to look at homes, Tanner drove all over and did virtual walk throughs at every house we were interested in. He would point out key details that might be missed by seeing houses in this manner and would send pictures and videos for anything we had a question about. When we were finally able to visit in person, Tanner was just as kind and patient as he had been on the phone. The most important attribute of Tanner though was his outstanding communication. He would send updates multiple times a day and would always get back to us quickly with answers to questions. He made the experience not only easy, but enjoyable!
