As first-time homebuyers, working with Gaby Espinoza was the absolute best decision my wife and I made. Our purchase timeline and schedule were a little bit complicated, but Gaby’s seasoned expertise completely streamlined the process. She explained to me who was in charge of what, what the strategy was and made everything worry free for us. I trusted that she was coordinating behind the scenes and she certainly did! She stayed right on top of the escrow schedule and kept us informed immediately whenever anything needed our signature. Because of her sharp eye, she even caught discrepancies coming from the seller’s end that could have easily thrown us off track, keeping our timeline on schedule. On top of all that, she was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by providing us with great local vendor recommendations all the way from a deep cleaning team to pest control and a handyman. She took care of arranging the inspections and necessary repairs to the property prior to sale, was prompt to inform me of the progress, and she was always cheerfully available whenever I called with a question.
