Initially we struggled a bit through a crazy, changing market. While there was reasonable activity, the right buyer didn’t seem to show up. We got close in December, but after a two hour meeting with a prospective buyer (retired engineer) who just could not satisfy himself over a few items (that have never been a problem or at issue in 17 years), the buyer walked away. At that point, we took the home off the market with the intention to put it back on as spring hopefully would make an appearance. Bill & Alisa went to work in early March, and within a couple day’s activity really blossomed. We had 3 offers over asking price and things were concluded quite quickly and efficiently. We have closed recently and all has worked out very satisfactorily. We are very pleased and feel both Bill & Alisa gave their best effort and we are very pleased.
