Janel is amazing! I can't imagine being able to have gone through this with anyone else. She took such good care of me during the worst time of my life. She was super personable and very informative through the whole process. Hands down, she rocks!
Janel, was a great help in finding the right property for me. She is very knowledgeable, communicates thoroughly and is extremely professional. I would highly recommend.
This was our third real estate transaction with Janel and that's because she is professional communicative and honest in every way. From start to finish she checked in with the seller buyer and title and Escrow Company. Everything was done and finished right on the target date. We very much appreciate all her hard work and all that she does. We are customers for life.
Enjoyed working with Janel, was quick to get to market, accurate on list price which, and was able to get full ask. Highly recommend, she will be my next real estate agent , seller or buyer.
A delight to work with, very responsive in communications and talking through options. Totally relied on her for professional advice. So Stoked we found 5.26 acres and a little slice of paradise.
No real estate professional I've ever worked with, even comes close to Janel Stoneback's hard work, dedication, and knowledge of the laws and procedures. "Thanks a million for everything, Janel!!! You are amazing!"
Excellent agent. On top of all that was going on. We listed 2 properties at same time and were closing on a new home at same time. Janel worked with all agents and escrow companies to make it happen. Kept us informed throughout the entire time. Highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling.
Janel is such an amazing agent. Her knowledge was invaluable. My particular negotiations were complicated. She was able to fight on my behalf to get me the best possible deal. She was totally in my corner & advised me throughout the process. I would totally recommend her!
