Gary Nims is a fantastic realtor. While we did not end up moving to Seattle, i would 100% recommend him to any family considering a move to the Pacific Northwest. Our first encounter with him was at an open house, where he spent an hour afterwards showing us different parts of Seattle on a map and getting to know us better to help him tailor our search. Following this, we had an intake meeting where he spent even more time getting to know us on a personal level to help him delve into our specific home needs. During our time with him, he was always engaged, and continued to check in with us while we were still deciding on whether the move was the right one for our family.
