An amazing realtor. she was there with me in every step of the way, her legal background is a big plus. I will be working with her again.

If you are looking for representation in buying, selling or renting, Michelle is top notch. When operating in tight and competitive markets, Michelle has the skills and tenacity to find you an acceptable deal while negotiating to make all sides of the transaction comfortable. I have used Michelle twice now, and she has successfully navigated some of the more difficult issues that arose, including those presented by the most demanding condominium boards in new, high-end buildings. Michelle is a pleasure to work with and an asset to have on your team.

As a newly married couple we couldn't have asked for a more amazing realtor than Michelle. She worked with us from beginning to end, answered all of our questions and found us the perfect apartment based on our needs for our family. They do not come any better than Michelle. Recommendation score of 110%

I loved working with Michelle on my rental in Aventura, she went above and beyond. Michelle was thorough, organized and a great resource for me, as I relocated from New York City. Her legal background really helped with the whole process. I would absolutely recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.

Michelle acted as our agent on the purchase of a condo in the Hollywood / Sunny Isles area. The search lasted for almost a year and a half. We could not be more complimentary of Michelle. She understood what we were looking for very quickly, helping us narrow down to the options that could work for us, and only focusing our collective time on those properties. She was extremely patient, detail oriented, responsive, a complete pleasure to deal with in person and virtually, and very calm and measured through negotiations that at times were not straightforward. The other important benefit of working with Michelle is that her legal background is helpful in navigating issues that naturally come up during this type of transaction. We would unreservedly recommend working with Michelle!

I couldn’t be happier with Michelle as our buying agent. Not only did she find me an amazing property but she also walked me through every step of the process so clearly and professionally. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for an agent!

If you buying a property in Miami or planning to buy - I would recommend you to connect with Michelle! My husband and I purchased an apartment with her help in April! Misha is amazing, stayed on top of things all the time and was very patient with all our “wants” and “needs”! Always friendly always smiling.

Michelle is the absolute best! I knew nothing of Florida. She helped me too choose the right area for me, the right home, educated me on pricing, provided resources, and looked after my best interest through the entire process. If everyone had someone like Michelle, the world would be a better place. 🙏

I bought a place in Palm Beach this year and being a Canadian and not being able to go down and view places easily I was very grateful to have Michelle help me find my first winter vacation condo . She went beyond assisting me by driving an hour or more each time to view available condos that fit my wish list and was so honest about whether they needed work and were suitable for my needs . Michelle was always there to respond quickly to all my questions and she was there for the showings and closings and made the sale so easy snd seamless . She is someone you can trust to find a suitable place for you . She is a top notch professional and having a law background , you can be comfortable that she will make sure all transactions are done properly .You will be very happy like myself buying or selling your home with Michelle as your agent!

Michelle is an incredibly dedicated professional. She was quick to line up great options that aligned with our wish list and helped find us the perfect rental. We didn’t have a lot of time to make a decision as our house sold fast but she took on the task and executed it flawlessly. When I text her to renew my lease again, she handled that in one day. We will be purchasing a house next year and without a doubt she will be whom I call to find our dream home.
