These are huge, life-changing transactions for me and I can get pretty stressed out and sometimes overly positive or negative, and I have so many times felt so thankful for Karen's ability to help me step back, see the bigger picture, and make the best decisions for my situation. She's got the experience and insight to help me see all the things that I didn't know I needed to see. She has worked like crazy to help me find the right house or the right buyer, and it has always felt like she was totally on my side and always there to answer questions or help get things done or to fight for my interests when the situation demanded it.
